Elder Otis & Deborah Cole
Pastoral Care & Prison Ministry Leaders
Elder Otis has spend over two decades serving the community with a steadfast heart. He works diligently with the Pastoral Care team to ensure no church member walks alone.
As overseer of our Prison Ministry, His impactful ministry work extends deep into the correctional system: At San Quentin State Prison he facilitates "Malachi Dads", a year-long Saturday morning program helping incarcerated fathers build stronger relationships with their children. At Santa Rita Jail, he's also a long-time volunteer and mentor; helping the chaplaincy establish a Godly foundation for incarcerated men and women. His service even extends into the local juvenile detention system, where he ministers to and supports at-risk youth.
By his side since 1974, his wife Deborah has been a constant pillar of support. She spent over 28 years in the Cosmetology
industry, using her platform to restore hope, joy, and self-esteem to countless women. Together, they remain deeply grateful for their shared calling.
