Our identity in God comes before every other identity, including our ethnicity, because we were created by Him and ultimately belong to Him. People may let us down, but God remains a constant and unchanging source of identity and acceptance. When we understand who we are in Christ Jesus, we can walk with confidence and peace, secure in the knowledge that our identity is rooted in Him.
